Binibining Pilipinas 2015, scheduled to be held on March 15th 2015 is at its full spin. The Binibinis are assembling their best to make a niche on the pageant and to make it to the list of finalists. Amidst the preparation and training, the contestants, celebrated Chinese New Year as part of the Araneta Center Chinese New Year event on 19th February, 2015 at Gateway, Food Park. Tha Chinese New Year event was organized with full zeal and bang, with an assortment of activities set for the event.
The Chinese New Year is considered to be the Year of The Sheep, where the Chinese follow the tradition of Lion and Dragon dance, which they believe, brings good luck. On 19th February, the Bb PIlipinas 2015 candidates celebrated the Chinese New Year and participated in a public presentation. The event was held at the Gateway, Food Park at 6 PM, where the audience and fans got a chance to interact with the contestants and know them better, which was followed by fireworks display by the end of the night.
