Meet contestant number 3 of Binibining Pilipinas 2016, Angela Lauren Fernando. Angela is a fashion model and beauty queen from Lubao, Pampanga Philippines. She graduated with a degree in Medical Technology from the University of Santo Tomas and took up Medicine in the said University. She is now a licensed physician.

The beauty from Lubao has a long list of beauty titles under her hat. She was Miss UST Medical Technology and was also crowned Miss UST Pharmacy in 2007. She was also crowned Miss Thomasian Personality in the year 2008. Angela was also a contestant at the Miss Philippines Earth 2010, and was crowned Miss Philippines Eco Tourism 2010. The 24 years old beauty stands tall at an average height of 5’5”.

Angela is competing at the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 pageant, with the hope to conquer the title and represent Philippines at the Miss Universe 2016, and make it a back to back win for Philippines at the MU pageant. Angela is not a party animal and has a limited set of close friends whom she treats like her own siblings.

Angela loves dogs and is very fond of pets. She loves to travel and has been to the US extensively. However, the beautiful lady wants to take a tour of Japan someday. Choosing the profession of doctor serves her right, as Angela is someone who is quite helpful and caring, according to her friends.
