The summer heat surely has nothing on the Binibinis, whose beauty, smiles, and amiable personalities are enough to melt everyone’s hearts. The same happened when on a bright sunny day, the 39 candidates of Bb. Pilipinas 2018 put step among the pageant lovers to participate in the annual Parade of Beauties at the Araneta Centre in Cubao yesterday, 11th March 2018.
They were a sight for sore eyes adorning tiger print swimwears in the shades of brown and beige created by designer Domz Ramos and matched it with multi-coloured headgears. The girls waved at their fans as they paraded around in sports cars and greeted them with a smile.
This was the chance for eager fans and appreciative pedestrians to see the ladies up close as they make their way from Kia Theatre to Ali Mall via Gen, Aguinaldo Avenue. The parade then went out to P. Tuazon Boulevard, back to the Centre and headed out to EDSA via Gen. McArthur Avenue, then to Aurora Boulevard, and back to the Centre passing in front of Gateway Tower via Gen. Aguinaldo.
The parade then ended at the Gateway Mall pavilion beside Smart Araneta Coliseum, where the ladies re-introduced themselves to fans and media, and do more photo ops.

The highlight of the event was the presence of reigning queens Miss Universe Philippines Rachel Peters, Binibining Pilipinas International Mariel de Leon, Miss Grand International 3rd runner-up Elizabeth Clenci, Binibining Pilipinas Supranational Chanel Olive Thomas, and Miss Grand International first runner-up Katarina Rodriguez.
Binibini 34 Mary Joy de Castro was unable to participate in the parade for undisclosed reasons.
