The Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc (BPCI) hints the return of the beauty pageant in 2021 for Binibining Pilipinas 2020/21; as the organization released a trailer on their social media on 20th January 2021. The video showcased the footage of the past winners of Binibining Pilipinas including the reigning Binibining Pilipinas International 2019 Bea Patricia Magtanong and Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa.

The video also mentioned, “Get ready to relive the excitement as we get to know and crown our next set of beauty queens in a 'new normal' setting at the Binibining Pilipinas 2020/2021. Stay tuned!” The organization had put a hold onto all the activities of the pageant due to the current pandemic outbreak in the country.

But, by the end of the October of 2020, the organization started to showcase the Best in National Costumes inspired by the Filipina heroes. The stunning National Costumes of the divas have an inspirational and cultural story and all the delegates have carried out their costumes with utmost respect and honour.

Over thirty stunning beauties from all over the country have been selected to compete at the Binibining Pilipinas 2020 edition for the national titles and an opportunity to represent the Phillippines at international stage. The competition was initially postponed to 31st May 2020 but it seems 2021 is an ideal time to host the pageant with all the precautions keeping in mind.

To "open the Binbining Pilipinas" season, BPCI said that it will launch a national costume photo exhibit at the Gateway Mall on 22nd to 31st January 2021, and at the Ali Mall on 1st to 14th February 2021. While the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc lost the Miss Universe franchise in 2019 where Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados was the last Binibining Pilipinas Universe crowned under its helm, it continues to have the Miss International Philippines, Miss Globe Philippines, Miss Intercontinental Philippines, and Miss Grand Philippines beauty pageants under its belt.
