The Binibining Pilipinas organisation is gearing up to host the 58th edition of the national pageant later this year, with the search for divas officially underway and applications for hopeful delegates already open. The candidates were screened in March, with the pageant's spectacular opening salvo being a grand Flores de Mayo parade in Araneta City in May, followed by various pre-pageant festivities and charitable events.

Another strong diva from the industry, who has confirmed her application for the competition this year, is Yllana Marie Aduana. ProMedia’s beauty queen athelete Yllana Marie Aduana is the reigning Miss Fit Philippines 2021 and is ready to shine in BInibining Pilipinas 2022.

Hailing from Siniloan, Laguna, 23 year-old Aduana is a Medical Technology alumna from Centro Escolar University-Makati and is currently working as a clinical reviewer. She was one of the Top 10 semifinalists during the virtual edition of Miss Philippines Earth 2021.

Along with her experience and passion for pageantry, she has a commanding presence, glowing skin and good communication skills. The diva can definitely be one of the contenders to look out for and a strong choice to represent Philippines internationally.

The coronation ceremony for Binibining Pilipinas 2022 is set in July 2022 with four crowns at stake — Binibining Pilipinas International, Globe, Intercontinental, and Grand International. The organization has yet to confirm the addition of another Binibing Pilipinas crown.
