Binibining Pilipinas 2022, the 58th edition of the national pageant, will be held later this year where the representatives to the upcoming editions of Miss International, Miss Grand International, Miss Intercontinental and Miss Globe will be crowned. The organization lost its franchise for Miss Universe and Miss Supranational.

For the upcoming edition, Roberta Tamondong could possibly be a crossover beauty queen. From Miss Eco Teen International 2020 to quite possibly becoming a delegate of Binibining Pilipinas 2022, Roberta is a part of almost every wish list.

Roberta, nicknamed Ro-an, became the first Filipina beauty to win Miss Eco Teen International 2020 crown in Egypt. She also won several awards in the pre-activities such as the Best Eco Dress Prime, 1st runner-up in Resort Wear, and 2nd runner-up in the talent portion.

The 19-year-old Lagunense beauty has the height and brains to represent Philippines again at an international platform. Not new to the pageantry, Roberta adjudged first runner-up at Miss Bikini Philippines 2019. She also sat in the judging panel of Miss FIT Philippines 2021.

Roberta Tamondong also had her sights on a showbiz career. She considers Bea Alonzo her favorite local actress as she admires her for her beauty and acting skills. Tamondong hopes to study mass communication to develop her hosting skills. While Roberta also wishes to eventually compete in Miss World Philippines, the stunning beauty is tailor-made for pageants such as Miss International or Miss Grand International.
