Kylie Verzosa, who was recently crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2016, is already prepared for the big International challenge. Yes, we are talking about the Miss International 2016 pageant. Miss International 2016 pageant has time, but Kylie has already made the bold declaration to the media.
During the recent bloggers’ conference of this year’s Binibining Pilipinas winners, held at the Gateway Tower Gallery in Araneta Center, the girls were asked as to how prepared they are for their respective international competitions on a scale of 1 to 10. Kylie was the only one who answered 10. “We’ll have six.”, is what Kylie said on being asked about her preparation for Miss International 2016 pageant.
The 24 years old beauty oozed confidence in her declaration. Kylie said that her competitive attitude begun the day she entered the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 pageant with the desire to win it, but it ultimately went to Maxine.

“When I made the Top 15 last year, I had a nice view of the other girls who won the crown but it was still very upsetting,” said Kylie, recalling the time when she first joined the Binibining Pilipinas pageant.
Therefore, she gave another shot this year, and the beauty was eyeing for the top crown. She was indeed the running favourite and one of the top choices for the crown. “I wanted Miss Universe and that was my goal. And when you get into something, you should aim for the top,” she pointed out.

During the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 question and answer round, Kylie’s answer showed her dedication and her passion towards wanting to win the Bb Pilipinas 2016 title. Kylie was asked by judge Miss U.S.A. 2015 Olivia Jordan why she deserved to win a Bb. Pilipinas crown.
“The person who deserves to win Binibining Pilipinas crown tonight is the person who has worked hard for it and is willing to do everything to continue the legacy of the Philippines. She is confident with an attitude and has a personality and I believe I am her,” she replied.
Kylie, however, admitted that no matter how confident she sounded during the Q&A, she still had her doubts during that thrilling moment of announcement. “After deliberations, I didn’t come out very sure I was going to win Universe so I was ready for anything. So when my name was called, I was ready. Now that I got a crown for myself, it felt so good. I wanted to cry.”, said Kylie.
But it seems that Kylie is not all set to clinch the coveted title of Miss International 2016. “Miss International is more prim and proper. It’s held in Japan so it’s more formal. You have to know the proper etiquette, you have to have knowledge of the Japanese culture and know what Miss International is looking for,” she said.
