Hannah Arnold received a warm send-off ceremony organized by the Department of Science and Technology as she is getting ready to compete at Miss International 2022. Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 titleholder is getting closer to fly to Japan where the 2022 edition of the international pageant will be held.

Hannah also expressed how the send-off was ‘beautiful and heartwarming’ as she recalled the events and discussions that she's taken part in at the department during the past few months as she has been preparing for her representation.

Hannah also took to her official social media as she wrote, “Thank you Department of Science and Technology particularly my DOST-PCIEERD family for this beautiful and heartwarming send off for my upcoming candidacy in the Miss International pageant. I was teary eyed during Dr. Enrico Paringit’s message as I realised how many events and discussions I’ve had the honour of joining over these past months and how many lessons I’ve learnt from each.”

“Thank you to DOST Undersecretary for Research and Development Dr. Leah Buendia for your time, sustainable gift and inspiring message to me, I can’t wait to work with you in the future. When I am asked what the relevance of pageantry is, this is exactly it: showing that us beauty queens can also excel in other environments and advocate for causes closest to our hearts and skillset. I am ready to raise not only the Philippine flag but also the flag for S&T”, she added.

Hannah Arnold will be competing for the Miss International crown on 13th December 2022 and bringing the fourth Miss International crown for Philippines after Precious Lara Quigaman, Bea Santiago, and Kylie Verzosa.
