The Ceremony of Vows for the year 2018 in Saint-Brès, a town located between Montpellier and Lunel was very different. Mayor of Saint-Brès, Laurent Jaoul presented his wishes to the population on Friday, January 12th like every other year. However, this year, he decided to propose a somewhat different ceremony.

Laurent Jaoul invited Aurore Kichenin. "She will be the guest of honour of the City. With her exceptional career, Miss World 2017 runner-up, Miss France 2017 runner-up, Miss Languedoc-Roussillon 2016 and Miss Montpellier, Aurore Kichenin is an example of success, which carries the colours of our territory, "he explained.

The ceremony saw Aurore Kichenin as the guest of honour. Montpellier was the first runner-up for Miss France 2017 and the third runner-up for Miss World 2017, after a trip to China. In 2016, Aurore Kichenin was crowned, successively Miss Montpellier, then Miss Languedoc and Roussillon.

Friday, January 12, from 19h, there was a crowd in the multipurpose room Gaston-Sabatier in Saint-Brès. A buffet dinner was served at the end of the speeches.

Aurore posted to her official facebook account, the pictures of the event.

It will surely not be the last of Aurore Kichenin that Saint-Brès will be seeing.

Indeed, Miss Languedoc-Roussillon 2016, Miss World 2018 Dauphine, will return to Saint-Brès during the summer of 2018.

And for good reason, it will be present at the election party of Miss Little Camargue 2018, organized for the very first time in Saint-Brès.

This evening, proposed by the Languedoc-Roussillon delegation of miss France, will take place on July 13, before the traditional fireworks.

Mayor Laurent Jaoul wanted to diversify the entertainment, after ten years devoted to Cuba.
