Miss America 2017 pageant is coming up with one interesting update after the other. This year the Miss America 2017 contest welcomes the gold medallist of USA at the Rio Olympics to grace the panel of jury - Gabby Douglas, along with musician and actress Laura Marano. One after the other, the Miss America Organisation introduces another celebrity judge for the finale. Hip-hop star Ciara has made her way to the judging panel.

30 years old singer will be a judge on the 2017 Miss America Competition. With Ciara’s entry into the jury, the finale will be interesting to watch. The star-studded panel also includes Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, fan-favorite Olympic gymnast Gabby Douglas, country star Cole Swindell and actresses Laura Marano and Sara Foster.
Chris Harrison will return as host of Miss America pageant for his eighth year, alongside Sage Steele, who would be taking the Miss America stage for the first time.
Miss America 2017 contestants will be judged on the basis of talent performances and interview. The finale of Miss America 20117 will be broadcast by ABC in the United States, with Dick Clark Productions producing the ceremony. A total of 52 candidates will be competing to clinch the coveted title.
