It is an honour and I am very proud because few people have had this joy,” she beamed. The stamp is valued at 20, 000 Colombian pesos which is roughly US$6.50. Only 9, 500 pieces of the stamps will be issued. Deputy Minister of Information Technologies and Communications, María Carolina Hoyos said that the Government of Colombia wanted to highlight the "inner and outer beauty" of Vega. It was their idea to capture and immortalize this moment forever.
