The finals of one of the most renowned international beauty pageant, Miss Earth 2016, is awaited tomorrow and the contestants are loving it, in the host country. Ambassadors from Guam, Bolivia, Australia, Begium, and Bahamas, recently, visited the largest municipality of Philippines, Sablayan, known for its first class lifestyle.
The Sablayan municipality is located in the province of Occidental Mindoro in the country that is all set to host the 16th annual edition of Miss Earth. The land of the Dugoy festival, Sablayan, is rich in culture, has a wonderful history, and the natural charm there is, indeed, remarkable. Pandan Islands, Apo Reef, and some parts of Mounts Iglit-Baco National Park are also located in the municipality.

The five contestants of 2016 Miss Earth who visited the place were, Miss Guam Gloria Asunción Nelson, Miss Bolivia Eliana Pamela Villegas, Miss Australia Lyndl Kean, Miss Begium Fenne Verrecas, and Miss Bahamas Candisha Rolle. All of them enjoyed the humble reception by the people of Sablayan, the luxurious treatment, and the awe-inspiring culture of the place. They even indulged in many activities like planting, dancing, zip-lining, which they would remember all their lives.
The contestants visited the place on their eco-tourism tour of Philippines and to promote the message of Rethink, Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, & Respect, to protect the Mother Earth and minimize carbon footprint.
