After the big competition at Friday's (^ April 2018) semifinals, finalists of the Czech Miss 2018 were announced. The 10 most worthy and beautiful girls were selected to fight for the crown of Ceska Miss 2018.

While the girls were getting ready for the big competition to advance to the final, which would eliminate 40 aspirants, they showed discipline, and language skills, in an interview with the jury. Of the fifty candidates, however, only ten (plus two substitutes) could be finally selected to move further in the competition.

"It was very tight. Fourteen girls have been very carefully selected to move forward. It is pleasing to us that we have nice girls, Ceska Miss is to be beautiful women, and I stand for being there this year we really have," said director of the competition, Eva Cerešnáková.

"I hope they will be interesting in working with the public and in modeling, We will start the beauty contest by offering girls active modeling skills under the prestigious modeling agency Pure models," Eva added.

The final will be held on June 2 in Ostrava. The castings has selected a total of 50 semifinalists, and also did not have any bikini casting rounds this year.

"The Czech Miss is the main national beauty contest, the winner will participate in the Miss Universe, the world's biggest contest, the winners will receive valuable prizes, the winner will get a contract for 750 thousand with the world cosmetics brand Juliette Armand, more prizes for more than a million crowns, "added Cerešnáková on being asked about the prize package.
