Fbb - fashion at Big Bazaar Femina Miss India 2016 is coming to Delhi on 21st February 2016, at Capitol Hotel for searching the spokesperson of India at Miss World 2016. The winner will get a direct entry to the finalist spots of Femina Miss India World 2016.
The auditions are slated to happen in 50-B, Ashok Hotel, Niti Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110021 on 21’ February 2016. Delhi has kept the Femina Miss India crown for two consecutive years, considering Koyal Rana from Delhi bagged Femina Miss India World 2014 crown and represented India at Miss World 2014, held in London. Koyal was a huge favorite at Miss World and she placed at all the fastrack challenges effortlessly, she bagged the most prestigious title of Beauty with a Purpose, which weighs maximum number of marks at Miss World and also became the seventh Indian to win the Continental Queen of Asia title.

A year later, the Femina Miss India crown stayed in Delhi for yet another consecutive year as Aditi Arya walked home with the Miss World India crown. Aditi could not make her place at Miss World 2015 quarter finals, despite of being crowned as first runner up at Miss Delhi 2015 and winner of Femina Miss India World 2015.

Seeing Delhi girl’s disappointing performance at Miss World 2015, it is probable that the crown might come to other states of India. Previously, Miss Asia Pacific 2013, Shristi Rana and Miss Asia Pacific 2014 runner up, Anukriti Gussain also hailed from the city of Delhi.
