Francesca Keyco Cipriani Burgos from Guayaquil has been crowned as Miss Ecuador 2015 at the conclusion of the grand finale of the national pageant held on March 14’ 2015 in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Francesca was crowned by her predecessor Alejandra Argudo, Miss Ecuador 2014 and will now represent Ecuador at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant.
Standing tall at a height of 5’8, Francesca studied Engineering in International Business Management. Francesca has also won certain number of beauty titles, including Miss University 2010, Girl Look Cyzone Ecuador 2011, which encouraged her to become the Cosmo Girl in the year 2014 for Cosmopolitan issue. She abides by the motto of, “Live your life every moment as if it were the last day of your life, because happiness does not come from outside, comes from within and build each day by day.” What she likes the most about Ecuador is its people, who are open hearted and cheerful as well as hard working, the beautiful landscape of the four regions with beaches, mountains, jungles and tropical islands. "We should be proud of being Ecuadorian and what we have,” says Francesca.
As the pageant commenced, after a chain of preliminary competition, Top 6 finalists for Miss Ecuador 2015 were announced. The Top 6 then passed through the needle like scrutiny of Question and Answer session. Based on the question and answer session, the winner and the Runners-up were announced. The Runners-up at the finals were-

Maria Gloria Davalos Guevara – 3rd runner up
Maria Guadalupe Arias Mendoza – 4th runner up
Andrea Paola Garzon – 5th runner up
As the previous year winner Alejandra Argudo passed on her legacy and reign to the new queen of Miss Ecuador 2015, all eyes and hopes of Ecuadorian fans are on the mermaid beauty, Francesca. Will she be able to outshine her forerunner at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant? Will Ecuador be the next country to wear the glorious and the envious crown of Miss Universe 2015?
