Miss Comayagua 2014, Gabriela Ordoñez has been crowned Miss Universe Honduras 2014 at the finals of the pageant held on August 23' 2014 at Utila Convention Center, Utila, Bay Island. She will now represent Honduras at Miss Universe 2014 where she will compete to succeed the current titleholder, Gabriela Isler of Venezuela.
Miss Atlantis - Belkys Sanders was adjudged the vice queen, while Miss Santa Barbara - Celia Monterrosa was adjudged the first runner-up.
Honduras has never won Miss Universe title. Last year, Diana Schoutsen Mendoza represented Honduras at the Miss Universe 2013 pageant on November 9, 2013 in Moscow, Russia but failed to place. Can Gabriela Ordoñez do it for her country this year?
