Hayley Robinson crowned Miss International New Zealand 2015

Hayley Robinson was placed first runner-up at the glitzy finale of Miss World New Zealand 2015, she was crowned Miss New Zealand International 2015 and will now represent New Zealand at Miss International 2015. Hayley also won the Top Model award as she scored the highest in the cocktail dress and evening gown round. Hayley was the top favourite to win the title according to Angelopedia’s expert pageantry panel; she was also the clear favourite of the audience to win the coveted crown. Hayley may not have won the Miss World New Zealand title but surely won the hearts of many.

Hayley is 22 years old and hails from Manawatu. Hayley has previous experience of the pageantry world; she won Miss Manawatu in 2012 and landed in the top five finalists for Miss Universe New Zealand in 2013. Hayley wanted to try her luck at the Miss World New Zealand one last time and she managed to clinch the coveted title of Miss International New Zealand 2015!

Hayley has studied Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) full time at Te Rito Maioha. Simultaneously she worked full time for the NZ Police. She is also working at a childcare centre. Hayley is a woman with a golden heart; she raised funds to gift fellow contestant, Swati S Rao, a new wheelchair! An elated Hayley posted on her official facebook page -

“Such an amazing feeling getting Swati S Rao Official Miss World 2015 NZ Finalist a new wheelchair! You are a beautiful person inside and out, and I hope this wheelchair brings you the independence and confidence you deserve. Massive thank you to Peter Williams from Invacare for helping me make this possible for Swati. Also thank you to everyone who donated prizes and contributed towards my fundraising events."
