Much has been said and discussed about the Miss Universe 2015 pageant, thanks to the controversial crowning of the finale. There have been divided views on the crowning and controversy. Not just the pageant fans and followers, but the contestants too had different opinions and divided outlook on the incident. Pham Huong, Miss Vietnam also shared her little anecdotes about the pageant.
Pham, in an interview with Vietnamese media shared that the moment when the confusion happened, everybody including the contestants were in a stage of shock and confusion. Pham said that she tried to comfort both the girls; however, there was outrage among few girls (Germany, Peru, Spain among others) who said that it is a wrong decision.

However, Pham denied opening out on what she thinks about the result, she explained that everyone got their own references based on what they saw during 20 days. Pham also talked about Pia and said that she was very professional throughout the pageant and used to dedicate all her time in rehearsals and working her best towards the finale. She also explained that Pia didn’t use to talk much, as she was devoted towards her practice and training. And that’s why few contestants were not happy with the result, as they thought she is not friendly.

Phang also talked about her not making the cut to the Top 15 finalists and said that she was prepared for it. According to Pham, there are a lot of other factors that help decide the result, and that it is not just dependent on someone’s beauty. She said that if given a chance, she would do it again and this time she will be more prepared. Pham said that she needs to work on her communication skills and presentation.
