Rolene Strauss, who was crowned Miss South Africa 2014 in the pageant held on March 30’2014 at the Sun City Super Bowl, South Africa has all the potential to win Miss World 2014. She is an all-rounder beauty with brains. She is a fourth year medical student who aspires to be a doctor and is a sports person too. She can also play flute, piano and guitar.
Rolene has a great pageant history, having won many national titles at a very young age. When Rolene was just 15 years of age she won Elite Model Look South Africa 2007 title. She was placed amongst Top 15 in Elite Model Look International 2007 title. Rolene then competed in Miss South Africa 2011 pageant where she was placed Top 5.

At the ongoing Miss World 2014 pageant she secured Top 5 finalist place at Beach Fashion and Sports & Fitness challenge events. She was also amongst Top 10 finalists list in Beauty with a Purpose project and Top 10 people’s choice contestants.

Rolene is a strong contender in the Miss World 2014 pageant and looks all set to clinch the coveted crown after a gap of forty (40) years for South Africa.
