Jamie Herrell, a Filipino-American actress, TV Host, news anchor, dancer and beauty queen, was crowned Miss Earth 2014 six years back and since then, there has been no looking back for the stunning queen.
Jamie is now all set to embark on a new journey as she has auditioned for Pinoy Big Brother. She posted it with a caption, “Let’s give it a goooo. #PBBKumuaudition”. She said, “I am Miss Earth 2014 and one thing I always wanted to do was join Big Brother to learn, connect and to inspire as well. I also want people to know who I am and not just the woman they saw years ago on the pageant scene. I love dancing, acting and hosting. I hope to see you soon.”
Herrell was a recipient of the Outstanding Individual Award during the 80th Cebu City Charter Day Awarding Ceremony for her environmental advocacies. She has also received numerous President and Congress recommendations for her work as Miss Earth.
In February 2019, Herrell became a news anchor for Cignal TV's news channels One News and One PH and also as a segment host in the channel’s flagship newscast One Balita with Raffy Tulfo). She also served as the muse of Singapore at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games and paraded during the opening ceremony at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan, Philippines in November 2019.
