At the splendid finale night of Binibining Pilipinas 2015 (Miss Universe Philippines 2015) held on March 15’ 2015 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines, Janicel Lubina was crowned Bb Pilipinas International 2015. Pia will now represent Philippines at the Miss International 2015 pageant.
The 19 years old beauty, Janicel Lubina from Palawan is a fun and jolly girl who enjoys music and scuba diving. The luminous world of glamour and pageantry is not new to her, and Janicel Lubina is a renowned name in Philippines in the world of beauty pageants. She did not just participate at various beauty pageants, but also achieved a number of titles. At a tender age of 16, in 2012, Janicel participated at the local pageant Mutya ng Palawan and won the title of Mutya ng Palawan 2012. Further the beauty also participated in Miss Scuba International, in the year 2012, held in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she represented Philippines and was placed among the Top 5 finalists. Despite being advised to postpone her joining at the pageant to 2016, Janicel decided that this time is best seasoned for her to enlist at the pageatnt.
At the grand night of coronation, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2015, Christi Lyn McGarry crowned Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental 2015 and will represent Philippines at Miss Intercontinental 2015, Rogelie Catacutan crowned Bb Pilipinas Supranational 2015 and will be representing Philippines at the Miss Supranational 2015 and Ann Lorraine Colis crowned as Bb Pilipinas Tourism International 2015 and will now represent Philippines at the Miss Tourism International 2015.
