The 19 years old beauty, Janicel Lubina from Palawan is Binibini Number 11 for Binibining Pilipinas 2015. Standing tall at a height of 5’7” and with well formed vital stats of 34 - 23½ - 33½, Janicel is a fun loving and a cheerful girl who enjoys music and scuba diving. The gleaming world of glamour and pageantry is not new to her, and Janicel Lubina is a renowned name in Philippines in the world of beauty pageants.

She did not just participate at various beauty pageants, but also achieved a number of titles.  At a young age of 16, in 2012, Janicel participated at the local pageant Mutya ng Palawan and won the title of Mutya ng Palawan 2012. Further the Binibini 11 also participated in Miss Scuba International, in the year 2012, held in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she represented Philippines and was placed among the Top 5 finalists.

Lubina was a participant at the pageant named Slimmers World Miss Bikini Philippines, for the year 2013, where she won the title of Slimmers' World Miss Bikini Philippines 2013. The beauty’s pageant history doesn’t end here, as after the title of Slimmers' World Miss Bikini Philippines 2013, Lubina was crowned as the First Runner-up in the Major National Pageant, Miss World Philippines 2013. Janicle Lubina, the beauty queen, is now aiming for the crown of Binibining Pilipinas 2015. The gorgeous lady has never been more excited to join a national beauty competition and seems much more confident and equipped. Despite being advised to postpone her joining at the pageant to 2016, Janicel decided that the time is seasoned for her to enlist now. It seems like the public and the fans thinks alike, as her list of supporters is mounting up with every event and time. The beauty will be competing with 33 other contestants at the finals to be held on March 15, 2015 in Araneta Coliseum.
