Laetizia Penmellen Giovannelli, the second runner-up of the Miss France 2014 pageant held on December 7' 2013, has been appointed to represent France at Miss Earth 2014 pageant to be held in Philippines on November 29' 2014. She is 20 years of age, and stands tall at 5' 7". She succeeds Sophie Garenaux, who represented France at Miss Earth 2013 last year, and was placed Top 16.

Laetizia, the gorgeous blonde with green eyes, is a student of Law at the Faculty of Law - Draguignan. Her hobbies include karate and listening to jazz. She comes from Villecroze a Var, a village of 3,000 inhabitants

Laetizia represented Provence at Miss France 2014 pageant held on December 7' 2013, where she finished the second runner-up. The pageant was won by 19-year old Flora Coquerel from Orleans, who will represent France at Miss World 2014.
Well, she definitely looks a strong contender for Miss Earth 2014 crown and she apparently is the best bet from France for Miss Earth pageant ever since its inception.
