During a recent interview, Madeline shared that she is really positive about her chances at the Miss World pageant. “I could be the next Miss World, you never know. We won in the 1960s and the 1970s, so it’s been over forty years,” said Madeline. Madeline added that she feels that this year is going to be Australia’s year, and she is confident about herself.

Madeline also assured that she is not going to compare herself to anyone and would very much like to focus on her game. The Australian beauty has been working hard to make sure she marks a placement for her country and has been training hard for the pageant. Madeline shares her axiom for the pageant and says that she is not going to look too much into other contenders and will focus on improving her skills.

Madeline also talked about the current front runners from Asia - Indonesia and Thailand – and said that people in Asian countries are very much into beauty pageants, and therefore the support that their contestants get is much more than any other country.
