Malashya Kashyap from Assam’s Udalguri district won the coveted North East Diva 2019 crown as she became the official delegate of Miss Diva 2020. Pratiksha Gondia from Moran and Aizwal’s C Vanlal Malsaumi were adjudged first and second runners-up respectively.

Malashya is a H.S. 2nd Year Student and is 18 years of age. The diva expressed her gratitude and also her feelings on her official Instagram page by quoting, “My crown describes my hard work, my passion and my love towards my career. Today I wear it with dignity and pride”.

The diva is a fashion model and also a fitness model. She is the best example of how a true fashionista is and also her love for fitness shows that she promotes good health. Malashya is a lover of dancing as well as she performs at different stages beautifully. She believes that it is not just some moves but a poem of which each movement expresses the words splendidly. She thinks that it is a conversation between body and soul. The diva is definitely an all rounder and well talented.

The diva is the first ever contestant of Miss Diva 2020, she will definitely leave a noteworthy mark in the national competition with her good performance as well as her personality which is strong and appropriate to win the national crown.

Miss Diva 2020 will be the 7th edition of Miss Diva contest to be held in February, 2020. Contestants selected from all over the country and the Campus Princess 2020 will compete in the pageant. Vartika Singh will crown her successor at the end of the event. The winner will represent India at Miss Universe 2020. Also, Shefali Sood will crown her successor, who will represent India at the Miss Supranational 2020 which will be held in Poland. This will be the first edition of Miss Diva under Liva fluid fashion.
