Episode 1 had the finalists of Miss Supranational United States 2019, Miss Supranational Iceland 2019, Miss Supranational New Zealand 2019, Miss Supranational Zambia 2019, Miss Supranational Columbia 2019 and Miss Supranational Slovakia 2019. The winner of this episode was Eva Louise Wilson Miss Supranational New Zealand. She is 22 years old and stands 173cm tall, and is an advocate for children’s health in underprivileged populations.
Episode 2 had the finalists of Miss Supranational Nigeria 2019, Miss Supranational Vietnam 2019, Miss Supranational Paraguay 2019, Miss Supranational Chile 2019, Miss Supranational Malta 2019, Miss Supranational Barbados 2019 and Miss Supranational Costa Rica 2019. The winner of this episode was Ngoc Chau Nguyen Miss Supranational Vietnam. A 25-year-old diva, she aims to start and build up a medical organization that will primarily concentrate on cancer treatment as well as education related to its early detection by empowering people with knowledge and offering them support.

The winner of this episode was Naomi Huth Miss Supranational Singapore. The 19-year-old plans to study International Business and Entrepreneurship. She also hopes to continue traveling and learning as much as possible.
Episode 4 had finalists of Miss Supranational Belgium 2019, Miss Supranational Cote D'Ivoire 2019, Miss Supranational Macau 2019, Miss Supranational Netherlands 2019, Miss Supranational Nepal 2019, Miss Supranational Northern Ireland 2019 and Miss Supranational Suriname 2019. The winner of this episode was Rose Lama Miss Supranational Nepal. She is 20 and loves learning about innovations and aspires to be a role model who can bridge the gap between all genders, ethnicities for every individual.
Episode 5 had finalists of Miss Supranational Belarus 2019, Miss Supranational Czech Republic 2019, Miss Supranational Hungary 2019, Miss Supranational Panama 2019, Miss Supranational Poland 2019, Miss Supranational Russia 2019 and Miss Supranational U.S. Virgin Islands 2019. The winner of this episode was Hana Vagnerova Miss Supranational Czech Republic 2019. She is 175 cm tall, drop-dead gorgeous and describes the opportunity of representing the Czech Republic at Miss Supranational 2019 as ‘a dream come true.
Episode 6 had finalists of Miss Supranational Bangladesh 2019, Miss Supranational Indonesia 2019, Miss Supranational Myanmar 2019, Miss Supranational Rwanda 2019, Miss Supranational Ukraine 2019 and Miss Supranational Wales 2019. The episode was won by Jesica Fitriana Martasari Miss Supranational Indonesia. A 24-year-old gorgeous diva, she hopes to expand her business as she wants to hire more employees to help her country reduce unemployment.
Episode 7 had finalists of Miss Supranational Argentina 2019, Miss Supranational Bolivia 2019, Miss Supranational Honduras 2019, Miss Supranational Mauritius 2019, Miss Supranational Philippines 2019 and Miss Supranational Spain 2019. The winner of this episode is yet to be announced.
There have been two wild card entries namely Kamila Swierc Miss Supranational Poland 2019 and Regina Gray Miss Supranational United States 2019. Miss Supranational 2019 finale will be held on 6th December 2019 in Poland.
