Being a medical student, Manushi chose Project Shakti as her advocacy, which promotes hygiene among menstruating women in the remote village areas in India. These women lack knowledge and awareness about the importance of hygiene during their menstruation and Manushi took up the responsibility to spread awareness of this noble cause. This is what makes the young queen so humble and loved by all.
Manushi was also invited to a private dinner by none other than Her Majesty The Queen in London. Her Royal Highness Princess Michael of Kent also graced the event and she was spotted chatting with Manushi. Caroline Ratcliff also gushed about Manushi, saying, “You are so pretty - like a Princess! I'm so pleased to meet you. I'm nearly 102 you know!"
