The diva is the grand-daughter of former actress Marita Zobel and niece of the country’s second Miss Universe Margarita Moran. Ysabella Blanche ‘Bella’ Roxas Ysmael is an on-and-off vlogger who likes makeup, skincare and dressing up. She feels that beauty pageants are a perfect stage where she can voice out her opinions, and she likes to blog about it too.

Bella is not new to the pageantry as she has previously won Binibining Parañaque back in 2014. She has also participated in Century Tuna Superbods Ageless 2018 where she was placed as the first runner-up under the female category.

She is confident and loves to be on the stage. She stands strongly for Mental Health Awareness and is fighting the stigma surrounding it. Her determination can be her strength and make her one of the strongest contenders to represent Philippines at the 70th Miss Universe.

With this new development, the 69th Miss Universe winner will hold the shortest reign in the pageant's history — enjoying the title for a maximum of seven months only! To date, the longest reign on record belongs to current winner Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa, who will be passing the crown to the next winner after one year and five months on 16th May, 2021 in Hollywood, Florida.
