Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky 2016 is on the road to the finale. Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky also known as Miss Universe Slovak Republic or Miss Universe Slovakia is the annual beauty pageant of Slovak Republic that selects the country's representative to the Miss Universe, Miss Earth and Miss Intercontinental pageants.

The winner of Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky 2016 will represent Slovakia at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant and the first runner-up will compete at Miss Earth 2016 pageant. This year, a total of twelve finalists have been shortlisted and announced who will battle it out for the coveted crown of Miss Universe Slovakia 2016. The twelve finalists are –

The Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky pageant is organised and produced by Silvia Lakatošová, the first Slovakian representative in the history of the Miss Universe pageant, where she placed fifth as one of the Top 6 finalists.

At the conclusion of the finale of Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky 2016, Denisa Vyšnovská of Prievidza will crown her successor. Vyšnovská competed at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant but remained unplaced.
