Singaporean queen unmasks scam pageant, now stripped-off her crown!

Melissa Chua or Melissa Wix as may popularly know her, who is a part of pageantry world through pageants like Miss Bikini Asia 2016 where she was the winner along with Miss Cosmopolitan World SG 2016 and Miss CosmoWorld SG 2017 has recently taken aback everyone with some shocking revelation about the Singapore based beauty pageant organizers under whom she has also won a beauty pageant.

The consequences of these exposures she is now stripped-off her crown by the organizers.

It all started when Mellisa, who runs her own business ‘The Gown Club’, put allegation on ‘The Lumiere’ on 29th December 2017, for theft of her original designs.

 

 

Posting screenshots of images that she claims Lumiere has copied from her, Melissa said: “They have no shame in whatever they do which is how to copy other people’s businesses. I am not the only one they have tried to copy.”

This caused the organizers subsequent action in which they stripped her off her crown. This incident took place on 8th February 2018. They shared the news through their official Facebook page –

 

 

The dethroned queen didn’t keep mum and showed her oust. Not only did she call the organizers fraud but also mentioned how she has not been given her winning prize money. Further, she plans to take legal action against the company and report them to cops.

 

 

Though the pageant organizers do seem to have a retort to the allegations and they responded on social media with a detailed explanation.

 

 

In this fiery spat between the ex-titleholder and the organizers, it is yet to decide who is right and who’s not. Now only time will decide what fate holds for both the parties with the talks of police involvement and what not?
