The most beautiful women of Armenia in the year 2018 is about to be chosen as Miss Armenia organization has started its hunt for the next queen of Armenia who will be crowned Miss Armenia 2018 and will represent Armenia in Miss World 2018.
This is the 2nd edition of Miss Armenia 2018 (or Miss Hayastan as popularly known in Armenia). Last year, Lily Sargsyan was crowned Miss World Armenia 2017 for the very first time. Now Lily will pass on her reign to her successor at the end of the coronation night of Miss Armenia 2018 which will take place sometime in May this year.

The registrations for the contest are already open and the interested girls can fill up the registration forms until 31st March 2018.
"Miss Armenia" National Contest was founded in Yerevan in 1996 by Ara Yernjakyan, Head of Yerevan State Chamber Theater. After 1996, the competition was held at certain intervals until 2012.The newly-created Miss Armenia All-Armenian Fund is re-established the competition in Armenia under the high patronage of the Ministry of Culture. With the support of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, Armenian women living in different parts of the world can also take part in the competition,
Last year the contest saw a turn of hundreds of women out of which 24 finalists were chosen. This time is the 2nd edition, a larger attendance is expected by the organizers.
