The second edition of Mexicana Universal i.e. Mexicana Universal 2019 is all geared up to crown its new queen as the finale of the pageant is going to be held within next few weeks, when all the Mexican delegates will represent their respective provinces and the reigning Mexicana Universal queen Andrea Toscano will crown her successor with high hopes from her to take care of the coveted title, at the conclusion of the finale.

Since all the delegates are officially confirmed, we introduce you to another angelic diva Diana Lucía Rivera de León.

The gleaming beauty competed in Mexicana Universal Tamaulipas 2018 pageant that held on 20th November 2018 at the Camino Real Hotel and ended up successfully being the new queen as she was handed over the crown by the outgoing queen Rita Zulema Rodríguez Flores at the conclusion of the event. Therefore, she became the official representative of Tamaulipas in Mexicana Universal 2019 pageant. Nuestra Belleza Tamaulipas 2016, Citlali Higuera, was also a part of this ceremony and witnessed the crowning of the new queen. 

The dazzling beauty is 23 years of age and belongs to Tampico. The beauty holds a degree in Architecture from a reputed college and besides this, she is a professional model for the Paragon Model Management agency and has worked in entertainment programs for Televisa del Golfo.

Lucía is no stranger to the pageant world as prior to winning this title, she represented Tamaulipas in the Miss Heart Mexico 2015 contest, where she ended up being placed in Top 16 at the conclusion.

Lucía is one of those young and lively divas, who dream bigger and work hard to achieve them. One of her greatest dreams is to continue working on her architectural project which will offer a great benefit for children, youth and adults and through this great platform to make social architecture help forge a better Mexico. Apart from this, she is also fortunate to have blessed with an endearing beauty and stands 170 cm tall.
