Mexicana Universal Sinaloa 2017 has a new queen! Maryely Leal Cervantes was crowned as the new queen, thus, becoming the official representative of Sinaloa at Mexicana Universal 2018.
The winner of Mexicana Universal 2018 will represent her country at Miss Universe 2018 where Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

At the coronation ceremony, Mexicana Universal 2017 Denisse Franco crowned Maryely as the worthy successor.
From Guasave, Maryely has a lic. in International Studies. She is 21 years of age and stands 178 cm tall.
