Miss America 2016, Betty Cantrell performed with the official POPS orchestra of Philadelphia at the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts. Betty performed “I’ll Be Home For Christmas with the 65-piece” orchestra and three full choirs, led by internationally-celebrated conductor David Charles Abell, in the annual Christmas Spectacular show.
Betty will wrap up the holiday season performing the National Anthem at the USO Military Bowl before traveling to New York City to ring in the New Year on Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin’ Eve.

This past year, thousands of young beauty queens vied for the coveted title of Miss America, and on September thirteenth, Betty Cantrell, from Warner Robins, Georgia, clinched the title of Miss America 2016, after an astounding performance of ‘Tu’, ‘Tu Piccolo Iddio’ during the live ABC telecast.
