The Miss Aura International organization is all set to host the 2022 edition of the pageant from 11th to 26th September 2022 in Antalya, Turkey where stunning delegates from all over the world will compete for the international title. This year’s winner will succeed the reigning queen, Miss Aura International 2021 Alexandra Faith Garcia of Philippines.

Another country confirmed by the organization for this year’s competition is Dominican Republic. Lerianna Gonzalez will be representing the country at Miss Aura International 2022 as Miss Aura Dominican Republic 2022. 18 years-old Lerianna has been a professional model for over 2 years now.

Pursuing her dream of becoming a Dominican designer, she designs clothes and is studying fashion design. She has also taken classes of plaster painting, acting, dance and communication management. As a hobby, she likes playing the piano and composing music. She is a young writer, currently working on three books.

Not new to pageantry, Lerianna has been previously crowned Miss La Altagracia Cayena Tourism 2021, Miss Acacia Dominican Republic 2021, adjudged as the first runner-up at Misses of Dominican Republic and is not all set to debut for the country at the Miss Aura International platform.

“I always wanted to shout at the top of my lungs “Dominican Republic” in foreign lands, and I am very grateful to God and the Misses of Dominican Republic organization for trusting me to represent the country in Miss Aura International. I promise to give my best in this magnificent experience. At last we are DOMINICAN REPUBLIC!” she shared.

Gonzalez is passionate about representing her country internationally and to use the power as a beauty queen to help her country with a foundation that helps people in need, which is called ‘Little Smiles Foundation’.  She aspires to be the part of the society change, especially in Dominican Republic. She believes that she can accomplish that by working hard on her dreams and carrying the message of never giving up regardless of the economic status, skin color or background.
