The inaugural edition of Miss Batangas, i.e. Miss Batangas 2023, was held at the Claro M. Recto Event Center in Lipa City in Batangas on 10th December 2023 where the Batangas province’s winners were crowned.

At the end of the event finale, Karen Joyce Olfano was crowned Miss Batangas Universe 2023 as she becomes the official representative of Miss Universe Philippines 2023 while Miss Batangas World 2023 was awarded to Liana Rose Barrido who will represent the province in the Miss World Philippines 2023.

Also, Miss Batangas International 2023 was awarded to Paola Allison Araño who has become the official representative of Binibining Pilipinas 2023. The runners-up included Miss Batangas Earth 2023 Jeica Dimatatac who is expected to take part in Miss Philippines Earth 2023 and Samantha Feranil won the Miss Batangas Tourism 2023 title.

The accomplished panel of jury in-charge of crowning Miss Batangas 2023 winners included 2011 Miss Universe third runner-up and now Miss Universe Philippines National Director Shamcey Supsup-Lee, 2018 Miss International First Runner-up Ahtisa Manalo, and 2021 Miss World Top 12 finalist Tracy Maureen Perez.
