The finale night of Miss Bicolandia 2022 was held on Wednesday, 7th September 2022 at the Jesse M. Robredo Coliseum in Naga City, Camarines Sur. At the end of the event finale, Rheema Adakkoden, a Filipino-Indian beauty was crowned the new queen.

Rheema Adakkoden bested 19 other beauties to be crowned the regional queen. The 21-year-old beauty is currently pursuing a degree in business administration and management. She succeeds Paulina Labayo Miss Bicolandia 2019 for the title. Interestingly, Rheema was a part of the 2019 edition as well where she placed second runner-up.

Also at the end of the event finale, the first runner-up position went to Mary Joy Darilay, second runner-up went to Jeanette Reyes, third runner-up was awarded to Iris Oresca and fourth runner-up went to Margarette Briton.

The famous regional event was hosted by reigning international queens - The Miss Globe 2021 Maureen Montagne and Miss Intercontinental 2021 Cinderella Faye Obeñita.

Miss Bicolandia is the oldest running and most prestigious beauty pageant in the Bicol Region, Philippines. It is held during the Peñafrancia Festival in the month of September in Naga City and is run by the city government. The pageant took a 2-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Miss Bicolandia is home to former beauty queens such as Miss Universe Philippines Venus Raj, Miss Supranational Philippines Yvette Santiago, and the late Miss International Philippines Melody Gersbach who successfully made a mark on the international stage. Congratulations to the newly crowned queen.
