The finale of the 2017 edition of Miss Bosnia and Herzegovina for Miss World (aka Miss Bosne I Hercegovine za Miss Svijeta or Miss BiH) held at Hotel Terme in Sarajevo concluded with the crowning of Aida Karamehmedovic as the winner, who will now be Bosnia & Herzegovina's representative for Miss World 2017.
The 24-year old Aida hails from Trebinje but has spent the major part of her life in Sweden. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss World Bosnia and Herzegovina 2016 Halida Krajsnik. Aida impressed the jury and the audience with her beauty, charisma, and intelligence to emerge victorious amongst 24 talented beauties vying for the coveted title of Miss World Bosnia and Herzegovina 2017.
At the same event, Darja Hajdukov from Tuzla finished as the first runner-up and Ivona Vuckovic from Bileca finished as the second runner-up.
