Tianna Clark was crowned Miss California USA 2023 on Sunday, 18th June 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, California as she became the official representative of California at Miss USA 2023. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss California USA 2022 Tiffany Johnson.

Tianna Clark is 27 years of age and a soldier and professional model from Perris. She is a psychology graduate of Norco College in Riverside County. Clark is a ALZ and mental health advocate and bested over 80 other competitors to win the state crown. “Blessed and grateful. I'm truly grateful and excited for the year ahead. Thank you to the coach and all the sponsors who helped me along this journey," she quoted.

The newly crowned Miss California USA 2023 Tianna Clark’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Giselle Burgos of Boyle Heights

2nd Runner-up – Samantha Ramos of Fullerton

3rd Runner-up – Athenna Crosby of NorCal

4th Runner-up – Jaanu Patel of Huntington Beach

Top 18 also included Issah Rose Mata, Natalie Benson, Dominique Mihaljevic, Lilian Thorington, Akanksha Kumar, Bella Rodriguez, Kalea Pitel, Brittany Butler, Fallon Williams, Nicole Duran, Tabitha Swatosh, Jasmine Signorino, and Viktoria Fox.

Along with Clark, Taliya Ariana Peiris was crowned Miss California Teen USA 2023. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss California Teen USA 2022 Cassidy Hill and will now go on to participate in Miss Teen USA 2023. Her runners-up were Kalli Mejia of Gold Coast, Aricka Hickman of West Coast, Bella Rose Seeden of Temecula, and Jayden Pecoy of Yorba Linda.
