Miss Supranational Indonesia 2023 Yasinta Aurellia is all set to fly to Poland to compete for Miss Supranational 2023. But before that, Puteri Indonesia organization held a send-off press conference for the beauty queen on Monday, 19th June 2023 at Tapalunia Resto in Jakarta Selatan.

Yasinta wore a modern cocktail ensemble, adorned with the sophisticated beauty of Lampung’s signature Tapis fabric at the press conference. Yasinta also showcased an incredible National Costume themed around Lampung.

Titled ‘The Warrior of Way Kambas’, Way Kambas is a national park in Lampung province which is home to the preservation of the Sumatran elephant and other animals that are now endangered. Way Kambas has saved hundreds of elephants.

This costume represents a warrior who protects elephants which consists of silver, gray, white colours and a touch of blue ‘Tapis Lampung’ traditional woven. Blue is inspired from the meaning of ‘tranquility, peace & protection’. The cone-shaped skirt describes as a home and a safe place for elephants from poaching.

Miss Supranational 2023, the 14th edition of Miss Supranational, will be held next month at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater, Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland where Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
