Miss Caribbean UK 2022, the 8th edition of the pageant, was held on 29th October 2022 at the Shaw Theatre, London where Samara Telesford was crowned Miss Caribbean UK 2022. The delegates displayed an abundance of sisterhood, confidence, and growth throughout the whole process.

Samara Telesford bested seven other finalists to win the crown. She hails from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Samara also won Best in Evening Wear and People’s Choice awards.

Also at the finale, Odavia Moffat of Jamaica and Sarafina Mitchell of Cayman Islands were adjudged as the first and second runners-up respectively.
