23-years-old Shanice Kelly, hailing from Bodden Town, is one of the finalists of Miss Cayman Islands 2016. Shanice is currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at UWI Mona in Jamaica.
She is a strong and confident girl and believes she can make a positive change in the society. Her positive attitude has been instrumental in encouraging and boosting confidence in the lives of people.

She is a fervent young lady who intends to continue making a difference through community outreach and involvement.
Notably, she is a recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh Silver award and is now all geared up for the Gold award, which represents youth empowerment and leadership.
She likes travelling and exploring different cultures, it is her adventurous side, which inspires her to visit ethnic, artistic and unique locations.
Passionate about philanthropy, Shanice is an avid believer in the fact that although people may forget what you say and do, they will never forget how you made them feel. To that end, she wants to embody ‘Beauty With a Purpose’ and motivate adolescents to be respectful, committed and sociable.
She strongly believes in the famous saying – “Be yourself. Everyone else is taken.”
