The finale of Miss Connecticut USA 2022 was held on 10^th April 2022 at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut where Cynthia Dias was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Connecticut at Miss USA 2022. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Connecticut USA 2021 Amanda Torchia.

Cynthia Dias is advocate to NEDA, which supports those affected by eating disorders. In 2020, Cynthia graduated from the University of Connecticut in Mansfield where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Cynthia has also recently earned her master’s degree in industrial/organization psychology.

The newly crowned Miss Connecticut USA 2022 Cynthis Dias’ court included –

1^st Runner-up – Erika Porras

2^nd Runner-up – Savannah Giammarco

3^rd Runner-up – Taliyah McGee

4^th Runner-up – Gabriella Vigorito

Top 13 also included Emanuela Stakaj, Katie Kennedy, Christina Judd, Julia Puzone, Mary Rose Torres, Khadesia Walker, Jillian Duffy and Sophia Howard.

Also at the end of the finale, Mya Xeller was crowned Miss Connecticut Teen USA 2022 as she became the official representative of Connecticut at Miss Teen USA 2022. Ava Howard, Ava King, Gia Iwanec and Mairead Spellacy were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
