In an official confirmation that came in hours ago, Señorita Panamá Organization announced that Zunilda Del Valle Welch will represent Panama at Miss Continentes Unidos 2018 aka Miss United Continents 2018.
Zunilda succeeds Miss Continentes Unidos Panama 2017 Paulette Sánchez. Paulette failed to secure a place at the Top 10 last year. However, she won the silver medal for best Traditional Costume at the competition.
The 26-year-old Zunilda Del Valle also secured the place of first runner-up at Señorita Panamá 2018 which held its finale on 7th June 2018. She represented Taboga at the national pageant. A model and a tourist guide by profession, Zunilda also has a degree in Industrial Engineering.

With her mesmerizing performance and dazzling smile at the previous competition, Zunilda has already won herself a huge fan base. She is definitely going to give a stiff competition to the other competitors at Miss United Continents 2018.

Miss United Continents 2018 will be held on September 7, 2018 in Guayaquil, Ecuador (South America). This event will have the participation of the representatives of different countries from all over the world. Rusia, Tatiana Tsimfer is the current titleholder of Miss United Continents 2017.
