The 2023 edition of Miss CosmoWorld Philippines has officially begun as the contestants have been unveiled by the national organization. The finale details of the national pageant is yet to be announced as the winner will represent Philippines at Miss CosmoWorld 2023.

On making the official announcement, Miss CosmoWorld Philippines organization wrote, “The wait is over! We proudly present the Official Candidates gracefully vying for the Miss CosmoWorld Philippines 2023 Crown. Let's come together to support and uplift these ladies as they showcase their beauty, intelligence, and charisma in their pursuit of becoming the next Miss CosmoWorld Philippines.”

The current Miss CosmoWorld Philippines is Meiji Cruz who represented her country at Miss CosmoWorld 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Wednesday, 30th November 2022 where she was crowned the winner of the international pageant.
