Ritassya Wellgreat won the right to represent Indonesia at Miss Grand International 2023 at the finale of Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023 where she was crowned as the debut edition’s winner in June 2023. Ever since, Ritassya has been preparing to represent her country at the Miss Grand International 2023 platform.

Ritassya Wellgreat is 22 years of age and a model and accountant by profession. Ritassya grew up in Palembang, South Sumatera where she was known for her exceptional beauty. Not new to the pageantry, Ritassya participated in Puteri Indonesia 2019 and placed in Top 11.

Wellgreat graduated summa cum laude majoring in accounting from Universitas Sriwijaya. As a national titleholder and a humanitarian, Ritassya wants to take care of the elderly to make a difference in her community and she wants to bring focus on it through her presence on an international stage.

At the finale of the national competition, during the Q/A, she was asked, “In your opinion, what qualities differentiate you from other finalists who are currently competing in Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023?”

She replied, "I have a mindset that always wants to develop, because every time I am given the opportunity, I don't want to just stop there. I have always been taught by my parents, to add value. because, when we have value, we will benefit people around us. I am standing here, on the Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia stage, will be ready to give my best contribution and I am ready to work with the world mega bintang foundation.”

Ritassya will be present as a beacon of grace, intellect and change for the world to see at the Miss Grand International 2023 stage. Miss Grand International 2023, the 11th edition of Miss Grand International, is scheduled to be held on 25th October 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where Miss Grand International 2022 Isabella Menin of Brazil will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
