Olivia Yacé crowned Miss Côte d'ivoire 2021

The Miss Cote d’Ivoire organization hosted the coronation ceremony for the 2021 edition 4th September 2021 at the Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire, where stunning delegates from all over the country competed for the national title. Olivia Yacé from the Aries region is the newly crowned Miss Cote d’Ivoire 2021 at the end of the event. She succeeds Miss Cote d’Ivoire 2020 Marilyne Kouadio for the title.

 

 

Hailing from Yamoussoukro, Olivia is a 23-year-old marketing and management major student and bested 23 other candidates for the title. Miss Cote d’Ivoire 2021 Olivia Yacé’s court includes –

First runner-up: Fatima Mourad from Bas Sassandra (San Pedro)

Second runner-up: Kenza Attie from Gbeke region (Bouaké)

 

 

Olivia is a former runway model and has an already existing popularity, social media following anf public appearances. She carries the eight crown won by the Ivorian state Yamoussoukro making it the first region of the nation to win the title three years in a row, following Miss Cote d’Ivoire 2019 Tara Gueye and Miss Cote d’Ivoire 2020 Marilyne Kouadio.

Traditonally, the newly crowned queen, Olivia will represent Ivory Coast at the upcoming edition of either Miss World or Miss International. Since, the next edition of Miss International has been postponed to 2022, the organization is most likely to send her at Miss World 2021.
