At the end of the finale, Miss Universe Curaçao 2018 Akisha Albert will crown her successor as Miss Universe Curaçao 2019. The pageant will also crown its representative for Miss World 2019.The winner of Miss Curacao 2019 will gain the opportunity to represent Curacao in Miss Universe 2019.
