24 Jun 2020 | Camilla Suarez

The coronation night for Miss Czech Republic 2020 will be held on 23rd July 2020 at 7:50 pm on TV Ócko. It was previously scheduled to be held in the month of May but due to the Covid19, the organization decided to postpone the finale event. The ten delegates from all over the country have been chosen by the organization, will compete for five crowns and the opportunity to represent Czech Republic at Miss World 2020, Miss Grand International 2020, Miss International 2020, Miss Intercontinental 2020, and Miss Supranational 2020.

The ten delegates who have been selected to compete for the national title have been prepping themselves for the competition as they have been working on their on-stage walk, body postures, body angles and communication, and interview skills. The divas have been sweating it out in the gym to keep their body in shape and healthy. It is the first time that the coronation ceremony of Miss Czech Republic will be a virtual one and the decision to hold a virtual event is because of the pandemic outbreak in the world.

The organization has been taking precautions and maintaining full safety measures for the one working for the finale event. The divas who are all set to take on the stage have expressed their excitement as the finale details were announced and took to their social media account to share the news. The two-day semifinal took place at the beginning of November 2019, where 10 finalists of the Miss Czech Republic 2020 were selected.

Last year, Denisa Spergerova represented Czech Republic at Miss World 2019 on 14th December 2019 at the ExCeL London in London, United Kingdom. She was appreciated for her performance but was not placed at the end of the event finale.
