Justýna Zedníková was crowned Miss World Czech Republic 2023 at the finale of Miss Czech Republic 2023 held on Saturday, 13th May 2023 at Forum Karlín in the Czech capital city of Prague. Winning the national crown, Justýna became the official representative of Czech Republic at Miss World 2024.

Justýna Zedníková is 21 years of age and a student of the University of Economics in Prague. Along with winning the Miss World Czech Republic crown, she also won Miss Popularity award. For Justýna, beauty pageants are not just about presenting clothes but also about self-growth which is why she decided to compete last year.

On winning the national crown, Justýna Zedníková took to her official social media as she wrote, “I'm still absorbing Saturday night, which ended with a moment I couldn't have imagined even in my wildest dreams. You all have accompanied me on my journey and I am extremely grateful for each and every one of you. I appreciate every moment I could spend with you and every experience you gave me.”

Justýna, apart from modeling, wants to be a presenter by profession. As a child, Justýna sat her grandmother and grandfather across from her and read them the news. The Czech beauty queen’s wish might as well come true as she will soon pass the on-camera tests for the post of presenter on Prima.

An occasional actor, Justýna will be shooting two feature films in which she will have supporting roles. Through her reign, the beauty queen wants to help the underprivileged children. She has also signed up for a monitoring trip to Bangladesh, where she adopted a boy and will hopefully meet him in person when she visits.

Miss World 2024 will be the 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant where the winner of Miss World 2023 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
